Whites  business help their unemployed. 1.Tax matters You can't  demand high tax when the Economy  does not grow..The Economy cannot move above -0.5%  and you increase tax at above that percentage. 2.Change You cannot have a  60% leadership which  is above 70 years.The younger  generation  needs to be nurtured. 3.Provinces which have more executives (ministers and deputy  ministers and executive  positions in the Pariament) One  Executive  brings development in his/her province opening business  opportunities. 4.One sided development.
